2. User Accounts

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Booking and Cancellations

When you book a service through Reservio:

• You enter into a contract directly with the service provider
• Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers
• Reservio may charge a service fee for bookings
• You must comply with the provider's terms and policies

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to pay all fees and charges at the prices in effect when incurred. Refunds are subject to the service provider's cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false or misleading content
• Harass or harm other users
• Interfere with the platform's operation

6. Limitation of Liability

Reservio is not liable for services provided by third-party businesses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
